Bhavani has over 12 years experience with over a decade in leading Wall Street firms. She is client focused and understands the business and technical implications in any process within an organization.

Saravanan Rajan, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), has more than 12 years of experience in Information Technology and shares responsibility for COSI's day-to-day operations. He manages the company's delivery function and drives best practices throughout the business. Saravanan has delivered systems in the financial, government, and pharmaceutical industries and is the driver behind our vertical-specific methodologies.

Suresh has over 15 yrs experience in managing and delivering projects and is responsible for Operations, talent management and identifying new business ventures for COSI. Suresh was a partner with a SAP Consulting firm and brings with him the expertise in delivering complex enterprise wide projects along with building and expanding a niche consulting firm into a global player.
